As president and founder of IAAAACAME, Parent and Community Action Team (PCAT) and a delegate of the California Congressional Black Caucus, Dr. Zyra McCloud's goal is to galvanize community organizations to influence high level politicians, religious leaders, educators and business communities to improve the lives of Africans, African Americans, and recently Haitians around the world.



She successfully lobbied state legislators for more funding and the passage of favorable educations bills for children. As a vocal and visionary leader, she took advocacy for education to Washington D.C., lobbied the Congressional Black Caucus and was appointed by former President George Bush to the Business Advisory Council of California, and the Presidential Business Commission.


Dr. Zyra McCloud is also a "Business Woman of the Year" award winner!
